Operator Training
Mission Statement: We are dedicated to train, to the highest standards, each and every person having a desire to become a certified powered industrial truck operator.
There is only one choice when you need the best forklift training in Atlanta or anywhere in North Georgia. Our forklift certification courses meet the OSHA 1910.178 standard for forklift operator training. Upon successful completion of the course trainees will be a skilled, certified operator ready to meet the challenges of any work environment. We work with several staffing agencies to assist you in job placement once you have passed your training.
With over 20 years of experience, our Director of Safety Services, Spencer L. Ecklund, oversees a variety of training opportunities including the following operator courses:
Registration Instructions
Classes fill quickly! Pre-registration and payment is required to reserve your space. This can be done at our location at 3111 E. Ponce de Leon Ave, Scottdale GA 30079 between 8:00am-3:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Payments may be made by cash, money order or debit / credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted. If mailing in your registration, please do not mail cash. You must call to verify class seating availability if mailing in your registration. New Operator Training
A three/four day class consisting of:
- Formal classroom instruction to include basic principles of a lift truck
- Driving instruction with actual driving time in a warehouse environment
- Skills evaluation
**Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have or have had a valid drivers license, drivers education or some sort of basic driving skills.

Experienced Operator Training
A one day class for the operator with at least 6 months driving experience within the last year. This includes formal classroom instruction and driving evaluation.
